AROMATHERAPY
Most of you have heard the word, but how much do you really know about it. Did you know that aromatherapy is regularly incorporated into massage sessions? Learn more about essential oils by talking with Barbara about coupling aromatherapy with massage therapy. One of the more popular massage treatments requested is a 30 minute aromatherapy face massage. 2 to 3 different essential oils are blended to fit your needs. A 30 minute aromatherapy face massage costs: $20.00 if paying with cash or $25.00 if paying by check or credit card. This treatment can also be incorporated into a 60 or 90 minute relaxation/swedish massage.
Lavender, or lavendula officinalis, is found in many bath and body products. On its own, it has a fresh, herbaceous and slightly fruity aroma. Possible uses for lavender include (but are not limited to!): acne, allergies, anxiety, depression, labor pains, headache and insect bites.
